Pageant Queen of Halloween - One-of-a-kind Art Doll
**Wooden post doll- no legs** tabletop or shelf display.
SIZE: Chloe is approx. 15 inches tall from the tip of her hat to the wooden base under her skirts.
She is made from a rich black velvety upholstery fabric. Her costume is made from vintage fabrics and trims. Her sash is made from an antique tie detailed with modern "Happy Halloween" ribbon and the detailed badge at the bottom is made from various finds.
