She is the Queen of Halloween- this sweet kitty Witch is handmade with both hand and machine stitching. She is wearing a beautifully detailed dress that is made from vintage cloth and trims- loaded with texture and details. Her dress front is adorned with a decorative queen’s ribbon made from antique ribbon, paper, fabric yo-yo, and rhinestone button.
